In a warehouse the birds are rarely the problem people call about. What they call about is droppings on cartons, on racking, on a food-grade floor, and an auditor who has written it up. The birds are upstairs in the trusses; the consequence is downstairs on the stock.

A warehouse is close to ideal habitat: a huge covered volume, horizontal steel to perch on every few metres, no predators, no weather, and doors that stand open for hours. Once birds are established in the roof structure, everything below is downwind of them.
Unlike a balcony, you cannot protect the surfaces one at a time — there are hundreds. Warehouse bird control is about exclusion: stopping entry, and separating the roof void from the floor.

Before specifying anything, find the entry route. Netting the roof void while a ventilator stands open achieves very little.
Find the route before you buy anything
Stand inside with the lights off in daytime. Every gap in the envelope shows as a line of daylight. That five-minute exercise will tell you more about your bird problem than any amount of watching them fly.

Close the entry routes: mesh the ventilators, fill the eaves gap, net the gable louvres, fix the damaged sheets. This is the cheapest per square metre and the most durable answer, and it is the right one where the building envelope is basically sound and the doors can be managed.
Net horizontally below the truss line, across the full span. Birds may still enter the roof void, but nothing they do up there reaches the stock below. This is the answer where shutters must stand open through the shift and sealing the envelope is not realistic.
Most warehouses need both
Seal what can be sealed, and net horizontally over the area that actually matters — usually the racking and the packing bays rather than the whole footprint. Protecting the zone that carries the product costs a fraction of protecting the building and satisfies the same audit finding.
The primary product at this scale. Used two ways: vertically to close ventilators, louvres and eaves gaps, and horizontally below the truss line to separate the roof void from the floor.

Usually not. Netting horizontally over the zone that carries product — racking and packing bays — addresses the contamination and the audit finding at a fraction of the cost of the full footprint.
Bird activity is a standard audit line item and one of the easiest for an auditor to evidence. Physical exclusion plus a documented inspection routine is what auditors generally want to see. We supply the products; the documentation is yours to keep.
Not while there are eggs or chicks. Most wild birds in India are protected under the Wildlife Protection Act, 1972. Wait for the young to fledge, then clear and exclude immediately, while the roost is empty.
Usually in phases, bay by bay, with the area below cordoned. It is worth planning around stock movement rather than working over live racking.
